Located at Minden Row in Tsim Sha Tsui, the Signal Hill was opened up in 1981 as the Signal Hill Garden. Inside the garden is the Signal Tower, which was built by the Hong Kong Observatory in 1907 to house a time-ball apparatus previously located in the nearby Round House of the Former Marine Police Headquarters.
